What is the 72-point Phonecheck quality test?

The 72-point Phonecheck™ test is a rigorous diagnostic process performed by our certified technicians on every device before it reaches you. It checks every hardware component including the battery health percentage, screen responsiveness and colour accuracy, all cameras (front and rear), Face ID or Touch ID, speakers, microphone, charging port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5G antenna, buttons, and more. A device must pass all 72 checks before it is listed for sale. This is the same technology used by Apple Authorised Service Providers.

Are the refurbished iPhones unlocked?

Yes, all refurbished iPhones sold by Oz Tech Deals are fully unlocked and compatible with any Australian carrier, including Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and all MVNOs. You can simply insert your existing SIM card and start using your device immediately. There is no need to contact your carrier to unlock the phone.

What condition are the refurbished phones in?
