We offer a 6-month warranty on all battery replacements. This warranty covers any faults related to the battery’s performance or quality. However, it does not cover physical or liquid damage, or issues caused by using non-genuine or low-quality charging accessories.
No, you won’t be charged for unsuccessful repairs. We only apply a small fee if the device needs to be shipped back to you, to cover the return postage and handling costs. Our goal is to provide transparent service with no hidden fees.
All other repairs, including camera, charging port, microphone, and speaker replacements, come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers any faults related to the part or workmanship but excludes physical or liquid damage.

After the repair, we ensure your device is properly sealed and reassembled to the same standard as the manufacturer to maintain its water resistance. - On-the-Spot Repairs: Most repairs, such as screen or battery replacements, are completed within 30–60 minutes, allowing you to get your device back the same day.
- Mail-In Repairs: Once we receive your device, if the repair only requires a part replacement, it’s usually completed the same day and shipped back to you the next business day.
