3. Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted upon full payment via secure checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
You will be notified if your order is cancelled and refunded accordingly.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within Australia only.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

5. Device Grades and Conditions

We sell brand new and professionally tested used devices in the following grades:
- As New: Looks and feels like a brand new device with no signs of use.
- Excellent: Very minor signs of use, almost flawless appearance.
- Good: Moderate signs of wear such as small scratches or marks. Fully functional.
All devices meet our rigorous testing criteria. They’re put through a strict 72-point inspection process and are fully functional, which means they do what they’re meant to. With 100% confidence your device will work perfectly, all you need to do is choose the cosmetic condition you’re looking for.

6. Warranty

All refurbished and brand new devices come with a 24-month warranty.
We also provide a 12-month warranty on the battery.
Warranty covers hardware faults not caused by physical damage, water exposure, or third-party repairs.
If eligible, devices will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day free return policy for faulty products or change-of-mind purchases.
For faulty products, we cover return shipping and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair.
For change-of-mind returns, a 20% restocking fee applies and products must be returned in original condition.

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Follow our instructions for return shipping.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
If an order has shipped, you must follow the return process.

9. Used and Refurbished Product Disclosure

By purchasing used or refurbished products, you acknowledge that:
- The item is not brand new unless explicitly stated
- Cosmetic imperfections may be present
- Battery health meets Australian refurbishment standards (typically 80% or higher)
