Starting a New Venture in Melbourne
A couple of years down the line, in 2021, I relocated to Melbourne and started Ultimate Tech Centre, where I advanced my repair skills and e-commerce. The pandemic also taught me the importance of an online presence, so I began learning how to develop websites.
Although, due to the high expenses of running a retail store, I reconsidered and opted to try a new pathway where I could learn more.
Joining Dr Boom Communications
In 2022, I started as a Phone Repair Technician and Sales Assistant at Dr Boom Communications. Translating a higher-quality and services-based culture to share, I collaborated with management to improve store performance and maximize clients' satisfaction.
Through relentless work and dedication, I facilitated the growth of one of the best-performing stores with a 5-star Google rating.
Expanding My Skills and Stepping into Leadership
Working with Dr Boom also provided me the chance to extend my technical proficiency, refine my customer service strategy, and accrue excellent sales and store management experience,which have played pivotal roles in charting my career progress.
Halfway through 2025, I became Victoria State Manager of Dr Boom, with the potential to share my skills and assist groups of workers throughout several stores.
The Birth of OZ Tech Deals
My aspiration has been to help more people with their technology needs, but I understood that my potential could extend beyond the limitations of physical stores. This droves the inspiration for building OZ Tech Deals: a website designed with the intent of offering the best deals in technology to all Australians, while at the same time trying to promote sustainability through the minimization of e-waste and the promotion of a sustainable tech lifestyle.

For accessory orders under $100, the following shipping options are available:

All orders include tracking. Depending on the product, some items are shipped directly from suppliers to speed up delivery, while others are dispatched from our Melbourne office.

All devices are backed by a 24-month warranty covering hardware malfunctions and manufacturer defects (excluding accidental or water damage and misuse).
12-Month Battery Warranty:
Batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
30-Day Change of Mind Returns:
Changed your mind? You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. The products must remain in their original packaging, unused, and in an undamaged resaleable condition.
