OZ Tech Deals is an Australian-owned technology business based in Lysterfield, Victoria. We sell brand-new and certified-refurbished devices, backed by a 24-month warranty, along with a wide range of mobile accessories. My name is Ali Almasri, and technology has been my focus since 2016. While completing a Master's degree in Global Project Management, I began my career at a phone repair shop in Sydney. That hands-on experience sparked a genuine passion for device repair and customer care, and it set the direction for everything that followed.

In 2018, after finishing my degree, I qualified as an Apple Certified iOS Technician and launched my first venture, Phone Repair Pro, offering mobile phone and tablet repairs.

In 2021 I relocated to Melbourne and founded Ultimate Tech Centre, where I deepened my repair expertise and learned the e-commerce side of the business. Running a physical store also taught me how the right online presence could let me help far more people, so I taught myself web development and began building toward something bigger.

Over the following years I took on senior technical and management roles in the Australian phone-repair industry, leading multi-store operations and refining a service-first approach to quality, repairs and customer satisfaction. Those years sharpened the skills that OZ Tech Deals is built on today.

I always wanted to help more people with their technology, and I realised that didn't have to be limited to a single shopfront.
