Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Carrier

  • We exclusively use Australia Post for all deliveries.
  • Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers in Sydney, while others are dispatched from our office in Melbourne.
  • We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping Options and Rates

Orders Over $100

  • Free Express Shipping via Australia Post.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.

Orders Under $100:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate (2–7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate (2–4 business days)
  • Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime at auspost.com.au/track.

Important Information

  • OZ Tech Deals is an online-only store. We do not offer Click & Collect.
  • Correct Shipping Address: Please double-check your address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.
  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help resolve the issue with Australia Post.
