What you get

A genuine Apple display for the iPhone 11, the same panel type the phone shipped with. Factory colour accuracy, brightness, touch response and True Tone all preserved. Face ID and the front camera are transferred and tested before we hand the phone back.

Lifetime screen warranty

Your replacement panel is covered for the life of the phone against display faults such as dead pixels, touch failure or discolouration, provided the glass is intact and there has been no liquid damage. Physical damage from a new drop is not covered, which is why we fit a glass protector as part of every job.

Good to know

After a genuine display is fitted outside Apple's own service network, iOS may show an "Unknown Part" notice under Settings > General > About. This is an Apple software message tied to Apple's pairing process, not an indication of the part's quality or condition. The screen works exactly as intended and it does not affect touch, brightness, True Tone or Face ID.

How it works

Book online or call us. We confirm your model and a time that suits you, then come to you with the part ready. If the phone has damage beyond the screen (for example a bent frame or liquid exposure), we will let you know before starting. Prices are confirmed once the device has been inspected in person.
