We have thousands of devices in stock, so individual photos are not available for every item. Our grading photos are sample images that represent the approximate cosmetic condition of the device you will receive.
Each device includes a detailed condition description and grading, such as AS NEW, EXCELLENT, or GOOD. This grading and description is consistently applied across all devices we sell.

All our devices are pre-owned but also refurbished. Meaning that our devices are used but they are genuine devices that have undergone rigorous testing and are covered under our warranty.
Put it simply, we do not disassemble devices and replace parts with non-genuine ones.
We have a rigorous testing procedure in place to ensure each device passed for sale has a battery capacity that meets with manufacturer specifications.
We do not categorise our devices by battery capacity as they are categorised by cosmetic grading i.e AS NEW, EXCELLENT, and GOOD. But rest assured, our devices are fully functional.
Please be aware, Manufacturer's specifications advise that devices with a battery health above 80% is acceptable.
Please note, the battery is also covered by 12-Month Warranty and we offer a 30 days Satisfaction Guarantee on our devices.
All brand-new products are covered by a full Manufacturer Warranty, which protects against manufacturer defects (excluding any physical or liquid damage).
Our Oz Tech Deals refurbished products come with a 24-month warranty against defects.
Before returning a device for warranty service, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number along with instructions on how to return your item.
Warranty and Returns Policy
The Oz Tech Deals warranty and return policy will be void in the following instances:
• Cracked screen or physical damage
• Water damage
• Tampering with software
• Unauthorized repairs (third-party repairs)
• Failure to take reasonable steps to prevent product quality deterioration
• Abnormal product usage
Important Notes
• We do not take responsibility for returned items until they arrive at our store, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for delivery.
• We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked. If your device is account locked, we will notify you to remove the lock. If it remains locked after five business days, the device will be returned to you.
• The IMEI must match the one originally shipped. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Your item is securely packed in white generic box and is accompanied with a USB Charging Cable and Wall Charger.
Brand New Devices are all shipped in original manufacturer packaging with original accessories.
